Interruption to our telephone message on Friday 7th July 2017

Coleridge Medical Centre

Interruption to our telephone message on

Friday 7th July 2017

Due to essential maintenance work, our telephone message advising you where you are in the queue to be answered and giving advice on prescription ordering
will not be working for a period of time on Friday 7th July 2017.  You will still receive our welcome message but this may then follow with the normal ringing sound.  Please be assured your call will still be answered by our reception team.

For information on ordering your repeat prescription, please follow the advice below:

*  Sign up to our online service where you can order your repeat medication through a secure website.  More details of this service can be found on our website or via the information and application forms available at our front reception desk.

*  Use the tear off slip attached to your prescription or write out your order and hand it in to us or your local Pharmacy

*  Post your request to the surgery

Please do not telephone to request your medication as there can be confusion with drug names, pronunciation and errors can be made when writing out the request.  Written requests enable records to be matched more accurately and requests can be processed without interruption from further calls.

As a practice we ask for 48 hours to process your request.
